QATAR AIRWAYS TRAVEL REGULATIONS FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING FROM THE PHILIPPINES AS OF FEBRUARY 23, 2021

Qatar Airways announces that effective February 23, 2021, passengers from the Philippines are required to provide a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued within 96 hours prior to their flight departure from any Philippine Department of Health accredited laboratories offering RT-PCR COVID test. Cartridge-Based PCR test is not accepted. Children less than 12 years old who are travelling with family members are exempted from the test. You may access the link below for the complete list of accredited COVID-19 testing laboratories in the Philippines by the Department of Health.
Passengers need to complete and submit a consent form at check-in along with the negative test result. For ease, you can also download the form and complete it ahead of travel.

If passengers are unable to provide the negative test result and consent form at check-in, they will not be accepted for boarding the flight. These requirements apply to both existing and new bookings.
