Our web-based profile management system provides the traveller the option to maintain his own profile
database. This information is transferred into the passenger’s reservations record for more efficient handling of

Our company provides advisory on all necessary passport and visa requirements and assistance in obtaining
such documentation. Passport and visa expiration are retained within the profile database and travellers are
advised of pending expiration.

We review areas where opportunities exist for supplier negotiation. We provide detailed expenditure analysis
that aids the client in negotiating with the supplier and may assist directly in such negotiations when requested.
We assign an Account Manager to oversee the client’s program, provide advisory on matters pertaining to the
services, including best practices and savings opportunities as may be applicable.
TRAVEL ALERTS AND ADVISORIES
Critical developments worldwide that impact on travel are made available through, a global security services
provider. In concise email format, with relevant URL links, these are sent as events unfold and summarized daily in news bulletin.
Company representatives assist clients during departure and upon arrival at the airport terminals as required.
Access is confined to areas as permitted by airport authorities.
24 HOUR ASSISTANCE
Calls made outside of normal operating hours are directed to the Emergency Assist line. We have an in-house
