Korea Visa Requirements

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. Original passport valid for 6 months above including previous passport/s
2. Completed application form – typewritten on A4 paper * The font to be used should be Arial with the size of 12 for the visa application form. Kindly ensure that the format of the page will stay as 5 pages. The page number should be placed on the upper right corner.
3. 1 pc photo – 1.77 x 1.37 inches colored with white background studio taken
4. Originally signed employment certificate (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, address, office landline number(cell-phone number is not allowed), email address)
5. Original personal bank certificate/s (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)
6. If employed – Income Tax Return (Form 2316 with personal TIN number) (photocopy only)
7. For self employed – BIR form with corresponding payment receipt (photocopy only)
8. Invitation letter
9. Originally signed guarantee letter
10. Latest copy of company business registration of Korean host
11. ID copy of Korean host
12. PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) ID copy – for licensed professionals
13. Bank Statement (Original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
14. ACR I-card – for foreign nationals

Note: Additional documents may be requested by the Embassy.

6. If employed – Income Tax Return (Form 2316 with personal TIN Number) (photocopy only)
7. For self employed – BIR form wirh corresponding payment receipt (photocopy only)
8. Original PSA birth certificate and marriage contract (if travelling as a family)
9. PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) ID copy – for licensed professionals
10. School registration copy &/or certificate & ID copy if a student
11. Bank Statement (Original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
12. ACR I-card – for foreign nationals
