With effect from 0001 hours, 2 August 2021 (Singapore time), travelers with travel history in the past consecutive 21 days from Philippines and entering Singapore, will be required to take a COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART), in addition to a COVID-19 PCR test, on arrival at Changi Airport. The charge for the additional COVID-19 ART will be waived by the Government of Singapore from 2 to 8 Aug 2021. Travelers will be required to pay for their COVID-19 ART from 0001 hours, 9 August 2021 (Singapore time).
