Please see below the additional test requirements for entry or transit in Singapore:
a) All travelers from Category I countries entering or transiting through Singapore must now complete a pre-departure ART administered at clinic or PCR test.
b) All travelers from Category II (non-VTL), III and IV countries entering Singapore will be required to complete an on-arrival PCR test.
c) On top of existing pre-departure PCR / ART test 2 days before departure and on arrival PCR test requirements, all VTL travelers entering Singapore will be required to complete the following additional tests:
– ART administered at Quick Test Centres by 2130 (Singapore time) on Day 3 and Day 7 of their arrival in Singapore, test costs SGD15 each, and
– Perform daily self-administered ART on days 2, 4, 5 and 6. Results of these self-administered ARTs must be uploaded online to a link that will be sent to the passenger’s declared contact details
Self-isolation is not required from Days 3 to 7 on arrival in Singapore, unless tested positive. Travelers aged 2 and below (based on calendar year) are exempted from test requirements.
