PHILIPPINE AIRLINES: GUIDANCE ON TRAVEL DURING MECQ FROM APRIL 12 TO 30, 2021

With the government classifying Metro Manila and surrounding provinces (NCR+) under the less stringent Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine status from April 12 to April 30:
– Philippine Airlines shall continue to operate domestic flights between Manila, Cebu and Davao and other regions of the country, subject to restrictions and requirements of the IATF and the concerned local government units (LGUs) for each route.
– The temporary suspension of inbound passenger travel to Region 6 (Western Visayas) from Manila, Cebu and Davao, has been extended until April19.
– Eligible to travel between NCRplus and all other Regions of the country are: health/emergency frontline services personnel; government officials and frontline personnel; duly-authorized humanitarian assistance actors; persons traveling for medical/humanitarian reasons; persons going to the airport for travel abroad; persons crossing zones for work or business permitted in the zone of destination, and going back home; returning or repatriated OFWs and other Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) returning to their places of residence and locally – stranded individuals (LSIs).
