The experience of life in the countryside is what this resort (formerly a plantation) offers. Visitors are welcomed with songs and guitar music by rural folk in traditional costumes and are brought into the resort proper in a cart drawn by a water buffalo. The original plantation house has been preserved and beside it is a chapel and museum displaying a collection of religious art from the personal collection of the owner of the plantation.
The farm produces rice and coconut. There is a wide and green river for rafting, a village where residents graciously show off their homes and weekend presentations of traditional dances and music. Lunch is served by the flowing stream down the foot of a man-made mini waterfalls.
