A full restoration of PAL’s network is not possible at this time. The suspension of public transportation and other impediments to movement within and into Metro Manila, due to the ongoing community quarantine, have limited the manpower levels at Manila airport.

Furthermore, travel bans and restrictions imposed by various governments have forced the cancellation of some routes and significantly reduced actual travel between countriesamid the COVID-19 situation.

Please note that this is a developing situation and we may need to add or reduce flights as needed. We shall review the operational conditions on a day to day basis. Please monitor your flight status regularly, and we will endeavor to provide updates should there be any changes.

FLIGHTS FOR APRIL 1, 2020 ONWARDS:
We will announce any plans for operating flights in the period from April 1 to April 12, based on developments relatedto the community quarantine.

FOR OUR PASSENGERS WHOSE FLIGHTS WERE CANCELED:
We are unable to rebook you automatically to the next available flight because a full restoration of our flights is not yet scheduled and the number of affected passengers is massive. We are working on the many challenges involved, but it will take some time.

We hope to have more certainty about the COVID-19 situation in the coming weeks, so we can set firm schedules and help you all with rebookings and alternative arrangements
