Please be informed that our office shall observe a four-day work schedule beginning March 16, until April17,2020. This is a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus in our office.

CEBU PACIFIC

SUSPENSION OF ALL FLIGHT OPERATIONS DUE TO COVID-19

ALL CEBU PACIFIC AND CEBGO FLIGHTS WILL BE CANCELLED from March 19 until April 14, 2020, in support of government regulations on COVID-19.

The Philippine government recently implemented Enhanced Community Quarantine over Luzon, and similar directives across various provinces in the country. We are ensuring the safety of our passengers and operations teams, in support of stricter quarantine measures, land travel restrictions and regulations in place.

The last day of operations prior to our temporary suspension of flights will be on March 18, 2020.

Passengers on cancelled flights can choose from any of these options:

– Rebook the flight, with change fees and fare difference waived.

– Store the full value of the ticket in a Travel Fund. This is valid for 180 days and can be used to book any Cebu Pacific flight within the next 12 months

– Get a full refund. The refund will be according to the mode of payment. If paid in cash, refund must be claimed at designated Cebu Pacific ticket offices. If payment was made through debit or credit card, please allow two (2) billing cycles for refund to be credited into the account

Meanwhile, passengers with confirmed flights from April 15 until April 30, 2020who want to forego travel can avail any of the following options:

– Free Rebooking – Rebook flights to a new travel date, with change fees waived. Fare difference may apply.

– Travel Fund – The full cost of the ticket can be placed in a Travel Fund which can then be used as payment for a future booking. The Travel Fund is valid for 180 days and can be used for bookings as far as 12 months out.

CHINA EASTERN AIRLINES

In line with the government’s directive for community quarantine and to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 across the nation, China Eastern Airlines has adapted a work from home arrangement in order to minimize and protect its Manila Branch employees from the creeping impact of the COVID-19.

Beginning tomorrow, March 17, 2020, we are enforcing a work from home arrangement.

Rest assured that services will be rendered with utmost attention. All queries and information will be dealt accordingly.

CHINA SOUTHERN AIRLINES

In accordance with the Philippine Government’s decree to close the country ‘s international borders by 20 March 2020 as part of the expanded community quarantine effort, China Southern wishes to inform you that we are suspending our Manila-Guangzhou v.v. flights effective 20 March 2020 until further notice.

Our last Manila-Guangzhou flight for the time being will be CZ398 on 19 March 2020.

You may contact your vendor for the full refund of your ex-Manila and/or to-Manila tickets impacted by the suspension of our flights.

Our team wishes to assure you that our online operations will resume once the government deems it prudent to declare that the risks of the viral outbreak have been deemed negligible.

LOT POLISH AIRLINES

To meet the expectations of customers, LOT Polish Airlines starting from March 6 introduce a free of charge option to postpone and change the date of travel for Passengers who have purchased LO tickets in individual tariffs.

A passenger with a LO (080-) ticket purchased on/before March 31, 2020, valid for journeys from March 6, 2020 to April 24,2020, regardless of their destination, has the option of changing the travel date at no extra cost until December 31,2020, provided that the same route and booking class are maintained.

1. REBOOKING:

A free change of the travel date can take place provided that the same route and booking class as used in the original ticket are kept. If the Passenger chooses a date and flight on which the original booking class is not available, Passenger need to pay the fare difference. Change fees are waived. The rules apply equally to all types of PLL LOT individual fares.

2. REFUND:
In the event that the Passenger does not want to take advantage of the option of changing the date of travel free of charge, any refund of the ticket may only be made in accordance with the applicable fare conditions used in the original ticket.

3. ROUTING CHANGE:

Change of route is not allowed. Standard fare rules apply.

LOT Polish Airlines reserves the right to change or cancel the above promotion at any time.



MALAYSIA AIRLINES

TRAVEL RESTRICTION TO SOUTH KOREA (ICN)

The Government of Malaysia has issued a temporary travel restriction for all flights to/from/via South Korea (Seoul/ SEL)to Malaysia, due to the rapid spread of the Coronavirus. Effective 13 March, 2020 Malaysia Airlines will be cancelling services to/from KULICN until 31 March, 2020 (last flight from KUL will be on 12 March, 2020). The policy and guidelines below will set out options available to impacted passengers hold-ing 232 ticket stock. We are therefore offering the following re-accommodation options.

Refund Options:

– Full Refund of ticketed fare/taxes/fees will be permitted to the original Form of Payment (FOP). Applica-ble Refund fees associated with fare ticketed will be waived.
– Change/Deferment of travel up 31st Dec 2020
– Existing ticketed fare/tax amount can be reissued to an EMD and used at a later date for a new ticket on Malaysia Airlines –this ticket will be issued on current fares and RBDs available at the time of booking MH 232 stock, and any additional fare/taxes/fees will be collected accordingly

Re-Issuance Policy:

– Passenger may also request their ticket be reissued for another MH operated route within Greater Chi-na or Japan region (PVG/BJS/CAN, HKG, XMN, NRT, KIX) at no extra charge. Changes will be subject to availability of RBD of the original ticketed fare. Any difference in cabin or RBD will incur an extra cost -if original RBD not available please book in the lowest available and contact DAPO for assistance. No onward transportation will be provided to/from ICN from the new reroute destination.
– Change fees will be waived for a one-time reissue to new destination.

COMMERCIAL WAIVER POLICY–COVID-19

Due to the rapid spread of COVID-19, Malaysia Airlines wishes to provide flexible ticket change policy to our passengers who may wish to make new bookings, we are offering the following flexibility option.

Effective immediately passengers holding Malaysia Airlines (232) tickets that involve confirmed travel from / to any MH online point with or without connections, we will waive 1x change fee for our customers following Travel and Ticket criteria as below:

– New booking made/issued from 10Mar to 31mar2020
– Any rebooked travel must be made before 31May 2020
-Any rebooked travel date must be completed by31Dec 2020
– Applies to tickets issued with confirmed reservation on MH 232 stock
– Customer will need to contact MH Call Centre and MH Ticketing Office for the above arrangement

Re-booking Options:

– One free change is permitted but revised travel date must be as above and subject flight availability ac-cording to original O&D. The change fee will be waived for this one-time change. However, any changes to origin / destination / cabin which results in a higher fare will necessitate the difference in fare to be collected. Deferred travel/new travel date must be booked in the original ticketed / booked RBD. Re-booking in an alternative RBD will result in the ticketed fare being re-assessed and any additional fare amount being collected. NOSH fees will not be waived.

COVID-19 INDIA TRAVEL VISA RESTRICTION CW45 V1

Due to the global spread of COVID-19, effective 12.00/GMT (at port of departure) on 13 March, 2020 the Indian government has issued travel restrictions and the temporary suspension of previously issued visas for foreign nationals. This action will impact all types of visas except the following—diplomatic, official, UN/International Organizations, employment, project visas. All other visas will be suspended until 15 April, 2020. This action does not impact Indian passport holders.

Malaysia Airlines wishes to provide any necessary assistance to our passengers who may wish to defer their travel plans to India. We are therefore offering the following re-accommodation options.

Effective immediately passengers holding Malaysia Airlines (232) tickets that involve confirmed travel to In-dia and request a flight change will be permitted a one-time reservation change with waiver of change fees. The following Travel and Ticket criteria must apply for a passenger to be eligible for re-accommodation un-der this waiver:

-Ticket must be issued on or before: 12 March‘20
-Tickets re-issued for travel dates:-13 March‘20 to 15 April’20
-Applies to tickets issued with confirmed reservation on MH 232 stock with travel to India
-Revised/alternative travel date must be on and before 31 December, 2020and subject to flight availability

Re-Accommodation Options

Rebooking Options:

– One free change is permitted but revised travel date must be on or before 31 December, 2020and subject flight availability according to original O&D. The change fee may be waived for this one-time change. However, any changes to origin / destination / date of travel/cabin which results in a higher fare will necessitate the difference in fare to be collected. – Non-Refundable tickets—passengers may cancel their itinerary and retain the ticketed amount as a credit (EMD) for future travel—no full refund permitted back to the original FOP


PHILIPPINE AIRLINES

In compliance with the Philippine government’s Enhanced Community Quarantine measure over the Region of Luzon, including Metro Manila, ALL DOMESTIC FLIGHTS of Philippine Airlines are CANCELLED effective 17 March2020 until April 12, 2020.

Flights shall resume on 13 April 2020.

We continue to operate INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS up to 11:59PM March 19, 2020. We will announce in due course the status of our international flights from March 20 up to April 12, as we are presently coordinating with government authorities on the relevant implementing details.

PAL will comply with the travel restrictions set out in the quarantine rules.

The PAL Manila Airport Ticket Office at the NAIA Terminal 2 will remain open from 2:00 AM until 10:00 PM daily, 7 days a week. However, all other PAL Ticket Offices in Metro Manila will be closed to comply with the quarantine directives.

We respectfully request you to consider deferring any requests for rebooking until after 12 April 2020, in view of the strict social distancing required by the quarantine measures; we expect a high volume of queries and transactions at the Ticket Office as well as the Hotline, and we ask you to bear with us as we deal with the challenge of handling an unprecedented number of cancelled flights over this quarantine period.

Please note that this is a developing situation, and the quarantine rules are subject to periodic review by the Philippine government’s Inter-Agency Task Force for COVID 19.

NOTICE FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

Please be advised of the following flight cancellations to and from Riyadh and Dammam due to the latest travel restrictions*imposed by the General Authority of Civil Aviation(GACA) of Saudi Arabia:

CANCELLED FLIGHTS FROM March 16to March 21:

– PR 654/ 655Manila -Riyadh-Manila(Daily)

– PR 682/ 683Manila -Dammam-Manila(Mon / Tue / Thu / Fri / Sat)

Handling Guidelines for passengers holding tickets with above cancelled flights will be valid for request on or before 28March 2020:

1. Rebooking and rerouting allowed for travel until 30 June 2020 (travel completion) with waiver of penalty. Must follow ticket validity and book on the same booking class, otherwise, collect difference in fare/tax/surcharge if applicable. Seats are subject to availability. For partially used tickets, no fare difference will be collected if booked on the same booking class even if exceeding ticket validity. Otherwise, collect fare difference in fare/tax/surcharge if applicable. Seats are subject to availability. The waiver of penalties for rebooking and rerouting to a new flight will only be allowed once for travel until 30 June 2020.

2. For passengers holding tickets on PR or OAL cancelled flights with separate tickets on PRdomestic sector, please be advised that we are also waiving penalties for rebooking (collect applicable fare/tax diff and NUF) and refund of the PR domestic sector, provided passengerwill show proof of OAL ticket.

3. Refund the cost of tickets with penalties waived. Ticketing Service Charge remain non-refundable. For partially used tickets, refund the value of the unused portion.

4. Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD) that are issued for ancillaries such as CESS, FESS and prepaid baggage may be refunded, rebooked / re-associated to the passenger’s new PR-operated flight / flight date.

GACA Travel Restrictions:

1. Suspension of the travel permissions for Saudi citizens and residents living currently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the following countries: Philippines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lankaand Indonesia.

2. Suspension arrival of all passengersfrom any one of the following countries: Philippines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lankaand Indonesiato any one of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia airports. Except for flights intending to return the citizens of the Kingdom back or returning the citizens of the above-mentioned countries back to their countries, cargo flights and flights intending to carry health practitioners who have Exit and Re-Entry visas and the new contracts for health practitioners that work for public or private sectors.

3. A time limit of (72) hours (starting from 0029H, 12 March) is given to citizens of the Kingdom and current residents holding valid IQAMA (Residents ID) to return to the Kingdom.

4. Suspension of all flights to and from the countries mentioned in item (1), EU countries and Switzerland temporarily with the exception in items (2) and (3) in the instructions.

ONETIME REBOOKING FREE OF CHARGE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL JOURNEYS ON PR AND 2P OPERATED FLIGHTS:

Effective 13 March 2020, please be advised that we are allowing One Time Rebooking Free of Charge for tickets issued on/before 31 March 2020 as follows:

Economy Supersaver / Economy Saver / Economy Value for all international and Domestic routes

Business Value1 for Auckland and Middle East

Currently the following fare brands allow rebooking:

Economy Flex / Premium Economy/ Business Value1 (excluding AKL& ME) –1st Rebooking Free

Business Flex-No Penalty for Rebooking/Rerouting/Upgrading/Reissuance

Guidelines:

1. Changes must be made at least 7 days before departure, otherwise applicable penalties per fare brand shall apply

2. This one-time rebooking is allowed for:

a. All international routes on PR & 2P operated flights including codeshare & interline

b. All domestic routes on PR & 2P operated flights

c. Tickets originating Japan and Korea

d. Totally and partially used tickets.

e. Previously reissued tickets wherein rebooking fee was collected.

d. PR tickets with OAL on PR plate 079provided it was issued as a through fare.

3. Rebooking/Rerouting must be on the same or higher BCC, depending on the availability of the fare during reissuance; collect applicable fare difference / taxes / surcharges. Follow fare rule conditions.

4. Not applicable for the following:

a. Tickets NOT issued on PR plate 079

b. Tickets previously reissued with waived rebooking fee due to either fare rule conditions, special handling guidelines or ad hoc requests.

Failure to collect applicable fees / taxes /surcharges and to follow fare rules will be subject to Debit Memo.

Handling Guidelines:

1. Waiver on penalties such as rebooking/change fee/refund shall only apply onticket/coupons affected by the above-mentioned scenarios.

2. Waiver on rebooking to higher RBD/BCC (due original RBD/BCC is full) without additional fare collection may apply on the conditions: within the same class of service, same routeand within the next thirty (30) days from the original flight date provided selected date is within the period of validity of the ticket (or within 30 days from date of ticket expiry).

3. Reissued ticket to reflect the new travel date.

Due to the recent travel ban by the Qatar government on the entry of passengers coming from different countries-including the Philippines-over COVID-19 concerns, Philippine Airlines is compelled to cancel all flights to/from Doha from March 9 to March 15, 2020.

Handling Guidelines for passengers holding tickets with above cancelled flights will be valid for request on or before 28March 2020:

QATAR AIRWAYS

In light of the global pandemic of COVID-19 and due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine issued by President Rodrigo Duterte, Qatar Airways Manila Office is temporarily closed effective 17March2020. We are currently implementing a work-from-home arrangement until further notice.

SINGAPORE AIRLINES

Singapore Airlines will waive change fees for all SIA and SilkAir tickets issued between 6 March 2020 and 31 March 2020for travel to and from all destinations. The new travel date must commence before 31 March 2021. This new policy will give customers the flexibility to change their travel plans without incurring additional change fees, given the concerns over the growing global scale of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Top-up fees may still apply for fare differences in the new itinerary.

For cancellations, refunds would be in accordance with fare conditions of the ticket(s) purchased.


THAI AIRWAYS

Effective16MAR20 to 14APR20, due to the Metro Manila Community Quarantine and the Department of Labor Advisory No. 09 to practice flexible work arrangements,the Thai Airways Town Office(Makati) shall observe the following work hours:

TURKISH AIRLINES

In compliance with the government directives on General Community Quarantine, and for the health and safety of our team members, please be informed that our office is CLOSED on 17 March 2020 (Tuesday). Staff will be working from home today. We will continue to assist from our respective homes.

ZERO CHANGE FEE:

For tickets purchased on/before 31 MARCH 2020 with travel period until 31 December 2020, your FIRST rebooking/rerouting change will be applied FREE of charge, provided that the application is completed by 31 MAY 2020.

Application conditions:

– For tickets purchased on/before 31 March 2020, valid only if the change request is done before 31 May 2020.

– Your FIRST change request will be applied for free. Waived rebooking/rerouting charge is for ONE TIME only.

– Valid on flights if the original departure date is until 31 December 2020.New travel period must be completed until 28 February 2021.

– Valid for ALL Turkish Airlines operating and marketing flights –including Anadolujet International flights / domestic flights in Turkey and to/from Ercan Airport are NOT included.

– Validity of ticket is one-year upon original date of issuance.

– Rerouting in new destination should be in the same IATA region.

– These rights will be valid for the tickets having first active reservation departure date before 31 May 2020 provided that cancellation is made before the scheduled departure time of the flight. On/before 31 May 2020 as mentioned above expressed for cancellation of the reservation. There is no limitation date for issuing a new ticket. A new ticket can be issued according to the ticket validity.

For Sample:

a. Ticket date: March 15, 2020 and Travel Date: April 22, 2020. The last cancellation date of reservation should be before original departure time of flight on April 22, 2020.

b. Ticket date: March 15, 2020 and Travel Date: July 05, 2020. The last cancellation date of reservation should be May 31, 2020

– No show fees will be waived, provided that reservations will be cancelled prior original scheduled departure date or on/before 31 May 2020, whichever is earlier.

– Fare differences that may be incurred due to the change request will be collected from our passengers.

– Change request will be applied for Miles & Smiles tickets.

– Original fare rules will apply for refund. If not included on fare rules, refund is not provided.

– Change requests can be made through the Turkish Airlines Sales Offices and agencies from which the ticket was purchased.

ISRAEL TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS:

Please be informed that TK786/1315/IST-TLV/12MAR20 is the last Turkish Airlines flight to Tel Aviv(TLV)for foreign passengers to arrive with only declaration of address to self-quarantine.

After this flight, NO foreign passenger can enter Israel without formal entry permit from Israeli Embassy or Israeli Interior Office. Declaration from work place or apartment rental agreement will not be enough.

No health tourism to Israel is permitted even if the passenger has hospital appointment.

EXCEPTIONS:

1. All Israeli passengers and their families. Passengers with any Israeli ID (Travel document/ID/driving license)can be accepted.

2. Palestinian passengers

3. Diplomats working in Israel

Please ensure that your respective passengers are aware about the above-mentioned restrictions and have the necessary permits to allow entry in Israel.

EUROPE FLIGHTS UPDATE:

Please be informed that our flights with Germany, France, Spain, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Holland as departure point are suspended until April 17, 2020.

UNITED AIRLINES

Republic of Marshall Islands:

The Republic of Marshall Islands (RMI) has implemented a total suspension of international travelers coming into the RMI via air travel from March 8 until March 22, 2020.

Suspension of all air and sea travel from the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Italy, Japan, Iran, Germany, France and Spain. This applies to any traveler who originated from or traveled through any of the restricted countries after December 31, 2019.

Customers on the Island Hopper flight (UA 133, UA 132, UA 154, UA 155) that stops in RMI may still board, provided their destination is Guam or beyond.

Federated States of Micronesia:

The Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) bans all travelers who’ve visited China since January 6, 2020 and any traveler who visited a country, state or territory with a confirmed case of coronavirus in the past 14 days.

Customers on the Island Hopper flight (UA 133, UA 132, UA 154, UA 155) that stops in FSM may still board, provided their destination is Guam or beyond.
